Concentrix Corporation invites a Senior IT Project Manager to lead utility technology programs in Des Moines, IA. The role requires guiding large-scale transformations across multiple business units, vendors, and stakeholders from planning through production go-live.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT project management experience, strong Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid expertise, and excellent communication for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience delivering large-scale technology programs.
• Experience with enterprise application, system implementation, integration, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility technology programs and enterprise implementation projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendor, operational, and client stakeholder teams.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, decisions, and escalation processes.
• Oversee SIT/UAT, deployment planning, release readiness, and production go-live activities.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and reviews.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals, requirements, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
• Drive issue resolution and decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.
