Job summary

Ampcus Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager with a focus on the Utilities industry to drive technology transformation and change management initiatives.

The role requires expertise in ERP, CRM, CC&B, and CIS platforms and the ability to lead large-scale programs across the organization. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and delivery plans, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Strong technology background with enterprise transformation experience.
• Proven Utilities industry experience.
• Hands-on ERP, CRM, CC&B and CIS implementations or upgrades.
• Experience in Technology Change Management and organizational transformation.
• Excellent PM, stakeholder mgmt and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology change management initiatives within utility organizations.
• Drive ERP, CRM, CC&B and CIS implementations or enhancements.
• Collaborate to define project scope, objectives and delivery plans.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, risk mgmt, stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adoption through structured change management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and business units to achieve goals.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
• Facilitate workshops and training programs to support organizational change.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend tech-driven solutions.
