Job summary

The J. Paul Getty Trust is seeking a Unified Visitor Experience IT Project Manager Sr. to lead complex UVX initiatives from discovery through implementation.

This three-year limited term role reports to the PPMO Manager and collaborates with Digital Visitor Experience leadership, engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated visitor-facing solutions. You will coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to align data governance, supply requirements, and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive software analysis development and implementation experience.
• 2-5 years of experience managing complex technical projects in the cultural heritage domain.
• PMP, certified program or project management certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of project management duties: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing.
• Coordinate with a project lead on high-integration, multi-discipline projects.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects with complex interdependencies.
• Track and report on technical work across teams and organizations.
• Collaborate with other project managers and external partners.
• Develop and implement management and communication plans.
