Job summary

Getty Digital is seeking a project manager to lead complex initiatives that enhance the visitor experience across on-site and online platforms. The role sits in the Portfolio Project Management Office and partners with product managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This is a three-year limited term position reporting to the PPMO Manager, with responsibilities spanning discovery through implementation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive software analysis development and implementation experience.
• 2-5 years IT project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of project management duties: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
• Collaborate with project leads to manage high-need, cross-disciplinary projects.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects with complex interdependencies.
• Track and report on technical work across teams and organizations.
• Manage vendor contracts and guide steering/working groups.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and change management plans.
• Prepare post-project reports and lessons learned.
