Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple software development and implementation projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, apply PM methodologies, and drive projects to successful on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong communication with leadership and stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience, plus familiarity with Agile/PMI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus seven+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct multiple projects to meet business requirements with defined scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and risk plans.
• Coordinate activities across internal and external resources to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
• Manage project budgets and resources; apply Johnstone's PM methodology using tools like MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed to ensure deadline, scope, and quality are met.
• Provide regular status updates to sponsors and senior leadership; lead retrospective sessions for continuous improvement.
