Job summary

FLAGLER TECHNOLOGIES Professional Services is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure projects remotely across the United States. You will manage kickoff through closeout, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects with consistent executive communication.

Travel may be required based on project needs. The role requires strong planning and vendor coordination skills, with experience in rack-and-stack, structured cabling, and multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Experience overseeing structured cabling deployments (Cat 6, fiber backbones).
• Strong project-planning, prioritization, organization, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent enterprise IT projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate resources, field activities, vendors, and subcontractors across multiple workstreams.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings and document decisions, actions, owners and due dates.
• Communicate progress and changes to executive stakeholders with professionalism and urgency.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and site readiness to meet quality expectations.
