Job summary

American business solutions inc is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the definition and delivery of portfolio, program, or agile management processes within our enterprise PPM tool. You will pilot rollouts and support decentralized PMOs to replicate successful methods.

Requirements include 7+ years in IT project management, 3+ years in program/portfolio/agile PM, and strong scheduling with Microsoft Project, plus Visio and Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project management in a PM role.
• 3+ years in program, portfolio, or agile PM.
• Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development.
• High proficiency in project scheduling with Microsoft Project or enterprise PPM tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and delivery of portfolio, program, or agile management processes.
• Pilot rollouts and support decentralized PMOs across the enterprise.
• Assist PMs with project planning and scheduling using enterprise tools.
• Configure/develop portfolio, program, and agile modules in the PPM tool.
• Collaborate with SDLC team from requirements through testing.
• Deliver role-specific training, tips, and knowledge base articles.
• Support governance committees that assess and prioritize tool capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
