Job summary

Itero Group, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive expansion and adoption of an enterprise Project Portfolio Management platform. You will strengthen portfolio, program, and Agile management capabilities while guiding teams through new tools, processes, and training.

Your hands-on scheduling expertise and practical PPM knowledge will shape platform enhancements and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

At least seven years of IT project management experience in a direct PM role.
Three+ years in program/portfolio or Agile project management.
Proficient in project planning and scheduling with Microsoft Project or equivalent.
Understand PPM workflows, governance, reporting, and process improvement.
Experience with SDLC and coordinating across technical and business teams.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support adoption of enterprise project planning and scheduling capabilities.
Help implement project change request workflows and other PPM processes.
Collaborate with development teams across the SDLC for requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Develop and deliver role-specific training and practical user guidance.
Participate in governance activities to prioritize and implement enhancement requests.
