Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Wayzata, MN, for a 7-month contract to support a large-scale plant technology modernization. The role blends hybrid delivery with roughly 40% Agile activities focused on pre-deployment architecture and solution development, and 60% waterfall hardware deployments to plant locations.

The successful candidate will manage ~five workstreams, define scope and timelines, maintain detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated project management experience.
• Experience managing complex multi-workstream projects.
• Ability to develop plans, deliverables, and track execution.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support across five active workstreams.
• Define scope, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines with leads.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with objectives.
• Organize task backlogs and coordinate ownership, timing, and completion.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Maintain clear, accurate project documentation.
• Create and integrate a unified program roadmap across workstreams.
• Guide workstream leads and stakeholders with advice.
• Coordinate activities across technical, business, and deployment teams.
• Review deliverables against documented expectations.
• Communicate status, decisions, risks, and actions.
• Support change management activities.
• Establish practical, repeatable processes in evolving program.
• Facilitate discussions when priorities vary.
• Use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and tracking.
• Use JIRA to support roadmap development and backlog management.
