The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in IT project leadership, requirements gathering, and technical specification development, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• 10+ years leading project teams and implementing technology solutions.
• 10+ years as Business Analyst and Project Manager on IT initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating technical specifications.
• 10+ years using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Strong business analysis including requirements gathering, process analysis, workflow documentation, use cases and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical specification development.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and project communication.
• Support change management, knowledge transfer, and project transition activities.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall as appropriate.
• Collaborate with developers, technical resources, and business experts to define and deliver solutions.
