Lancesoft is seeking a Sr Strategic Project Manager in Madison, WI. The role follows PMI-based practices to deliver on scope, schedule, and cost while managing risks. It includes supporting PMO tools, templates, and processes, and coordinating resources, budgets, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience with medium to large projects, plus a Bachelor's degree. This is a 12+ month contract with hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing medium to large sized, complex projects.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems of a moderate nature.
• Proven leadership and effective interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PMI-based project management methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Apply PMI-based project management methodologies to meet scope, schedule and cost objectives.
• Support maintenance and improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.
• Define project deliverables, resources, timelines and performance measures.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate responses, and participate in negotiations.
• Ensure training and smooth transition of project deliverables to operations.
• Provide stakeholder management plans and regular project status reporting.
