Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale IT initiatives in a hybrid environment in Madison, WI. This contract role is ideal for an experienced project manager who also possesses strong business analysis skills and enjoys working with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to successfully deliver complex technology projects.

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid)

Candidates must be current Wisconsin residents. No relocation is permitted. Position requires onsite work weekly (currently 40% onsite / 60% remote).

• Extensive experience gathering requirements and creating technical specifications for custom application development.

• 10+ years of experience utilizing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies.

• Strong business analysis experience including:

  • Requirements gathering

  • Process analysis

  • Workflow documentation

  • Use cases and user stories

  • Data analysis

  • Estimation and planning

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with:

  • Jira Service Management

  • Azure DevOps

  • Confluence

  • SharePoint

  • Other collaboration tools

The base range for this contract position is $44.00 - $55.00 per hour , depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
