Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Michigan seeks a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to support the State of Michigan Project Management Office and Michigan Department of Treasury on a multi-year high-priority program.

You will coordinate IT projects, adjust plans, and report to executives. The role requires 7+ years in formal IT project management, multi-vendor governance, and experience with Clarity, MS Project, and PMM/POAM/SSP artifacts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project management with proven on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Experience using project portfolio management systems (e.g., Clarity).
• Experience with PMO methodologies and governance processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in government or multi-agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Clarity to prepare schedules, allocate resources and manage budgets.
• Prepare information for executive-level presentations.
• Monitor and communicate project progress across scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks.
• Maintain communications with sponsors, team members, and management.
• Lead and foster collaboration between technical and business teams; enforce PMM workflows.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: charter, schedule, budget, communications, risk, change requests, and closeout.
