Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to support the Michigan Department of Corrections via the DTMB Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. The role manages high-priority IT initiatives, coordinating with technical teams and executives to deliver complex programs in a public sector setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management, experience with large budgets, vendor management, and familiarity with government project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in large, multi-year IT programs.
• Experience managing projects with budgets above $20 million.
• Experience delivering IT projects in a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and third-party solution providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of high-priority IT projects for the State of Michigan Project Management Office.
• Coordinate with DTMB Agency Services technical teams and agency executives to deliver projects.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks; communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Drive change management processes and approve changes before execution.
• Ensure artifacts align with Michigan methodologies and lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
