Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking an IT Project Manager II to oversee medium to large IT projects within a healthcare setting. You will lead project teams, define scope and objectives, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in collaboration with IT leadership and vendors.

Responsibilities include planning, status reporting, risk management, and mentoring junior PMs, with a focus on effective communication and adherence to PM methodologies. This role reports to the IT PMO.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• At least 6 or more years' experience in the field of Project Management.
• PM experience leading multiple complex application implementations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large IT projects using a standardized methodology.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with appropriate governance.
• Mentor less experienced project managers and support PMO processes.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and reviews of deliverables.
