UMC Health System is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects in alignment with PMBOK methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires PMP certification, 4+ years of PM experience with at least 2 years in IT, and familiarity with PMIS such as Monday.com, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience; 2+ years in IT project management preferred.
• Experience with healthcare project implementations preferred.
• Proficiency with PMIS (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, SharePoint) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK framework.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate project resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze situations and prioritize team efforts.
• Demonstrate strong time management and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead virtual and in-person meetings and present progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation per IT PMO standards and templates.
• Deliver regular status reports and dashboards to leadership.
• Support change-management activities for project deliverables.
• Mentor team members on PM practices and tools.
• Ensure activities comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
