Job summary

HCA Healthcare ITG is seeking a Project Manager II to lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare technology environment. You will define scope, schedule, and budget, manage complex projects, and partner with ITG and Business Operations to deliver impactful business value.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality expectations while aligning with HCA’s patient-centered mission.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of Project Management experience – Required
• PMP – Preferred
• Agile Project Management and Scrum certifications - Preferred
• College Graduate – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Define initiative scope, schedule and budget with minimal supervision
• Develop project charters, integrated delivery plans and governance artifacts
• Lead risk management and stakeholder communications across ITG and Business Operations
• Coach and mentor junior staff when needed
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, time and cost parameters
