Job summary

The role involves steering multiple projects, delivering clear status updates to senior leadership, and mentoring other PMs, with a focus on PHI safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading mid to large IT projects in healthcare.
• Ability to manage teams of 20–30+ resources.
• Budgets from $50K to multimillion-dollar efforts.
• Coordination with vendors, internal services and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT&S projects and programs with complex objectives.
• Manage teams of 20–30+ resources from multiple areas.
• Oversee budgets ranging from 50K to multimillion-dollar efforts.
• Coordinate vendors and internal services delivering applications and hardware.
• Provide project status updates and executive-level presentations.
• Coach and mentor project team members and other PMs.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Document plans and artifacts in Workfront.
