Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required.
• Typically 3–6 years of IT project management experience in a healthcare environment is expected.
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops project demands based on initial idea requests and captures stakeholders, objectives, requirements, dates, milestones and budgets.
• Monitors risk throughout approval life cycle and records decisions and actions.
• Produces status reports, project plans and financial records.
• Ensures solution compliance with enterprise technical direction and architectural practices.
• Leads project teams, communicates plans, and manages vendor performance.
• Maintains change control and ensures on-time delivery of milestones and deliverables.
