Job summary

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise transformation programs across technology and business processes.

You will guide programs from initiation to stabilization, collaborating with business leaders, tech teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable digital transformations. The role requires deep IT project management experience, strong Agile delivery, hands-on Azure DevOps, and ERP implementation leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong Agile delivery and Agile program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations or enterprise transformations.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise projects and cross-functional teams.
• Solid program governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resources, vendor relationships, and third-party delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology and transformation programs, including ERP implementations and system integrations.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive Agile project execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, and governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment and progress.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes with proactive approach.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee requirements gathering, testing, deployment planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
• Provide executive status reporting, governance materials, and financial insights.
