American Unit, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives within a regulated electric and gas utility environment. The role focuses on delivering a GIS project, stabilizing execution, and driving the program forward from planning through implementation.

You will own the full project lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, and provide leadership to cross-functional teams while navigating a compliance-focused setting. This is a hybrid role based in Bothell, WA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise apps end to end.
• Experience delivering IT projects in regulated utility environments.
• GIS project delivery experience in enterprise geospatial platforms.
• Cross-functional team leadership with budget accountability.
• Structured change management and change control in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects from definition to implementation.
• Own active GIS project at a critical stage and assess current state.
• Stabilize execution and drive milestone progress.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams including business and IT.
• Establish and execute stakeholder communications plan.
