Job summary

Celerity is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-impact operational transformation across utility programs with a strong emphasis on GIS, mapping, and asset data workflows.

You will evaluate current processes, design scalable future-state operating models, and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and execution. This role requires collaboration across operations, GIS, quality, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, GIS, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or utility operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within regulated utility environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across utility operations, GIS, and asset data workflows.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps for key functions such as mapping workflows and data validation.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and design Lean-based solutions.
• Drive program leadership across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into structured execution plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure adoption of new processes through stakeholder engagement and change management.
