Job Overview

MSIM is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the Office of the COO Strategic Programs and Change Management team of the Private Markets division. The project manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and reporting of projects within a multi-year strategic Private Horizon Data Layer Program.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead complex data initiatives including data integration, governance, and reporting across various systems, translating business needs into technical requirements.
2. Collaborate across investment, operations, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
3. Manage project plans, track dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to SDLC.
4. Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
5. Lead organizational change efforts and identify process improvements.
6. Develop governance models, define KPIs, and track business outcomes.
7. Prepare and present project deliverables, manage sign-offs, and escalate issues as needed.
8. Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools.
9. Coordinate with PMO and other project managers to identify dependencies.
