Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Third-Party Operations Manager in New York, NY. Summary: The roles center around vendor management, project management, and data analysis with a focus on improving vendor processes and handling strategic projects. The work will involve advanced topics like AI, cybersecurity, and data management, providing candidates with exposure to strategic, cutting-edge challenges.

Requirements

• Vendor Management Expertise: Required only for the third-party operations project manager; Other roles prioritize communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Industry Experience: Financial services experience is a plus due to regulatory needs but is not a requirement
• Strong project management skills (problem-solving, collaborating with leaders, driving outcomes)
• Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, accounts payable)
• Focused on data, presentation skills, and process optimization
• Ability to translate complex leadership directions into actionable plans and present them in clear, effective presentations
• Desired Experience: Prior experience in vendor management or procurement is beneficial
  
  

Location and Flexibility:

• Preferred locations: New Jersey and Plano
• Alternative Locations: Candidates from Columbus, Wilmington, Tampa, and other areas may also be considered if they meet the role requirements
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
