Job summary

SEBENZA LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager IV to lead high-visibility technology initiatives driving measurable business value across a large enterprise. This role requires strategic leadership, influencing stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end project outcomes from inception to completion.

You will guide critical decisions, manage complex programs, and partner with business and technical leaders to ensure successful delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and governance processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex technology projects and programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints before they impact delivery.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by presenting options, recommendations, tradeoffs, and action plans.
• Deliver clear project reporting, status communications, and performance insights to leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to align project priorities with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and innovative project methodologies.
