Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Complex Project Leadership:Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from inception through lifecycle completion.

• Modern Tool Proficiency:Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office and standard project management software (such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet) to manage timelines, backlogs, and resources.

• Proven Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of project management experience (including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives) OR 11+ years of related business experience.

• Core Competencies:Exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
