As a senior leader, you will work with executives to identify risks, craft mitigation plans, and provide data-driven insights that shape outcomes and drive measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Complex cross-functional technology projects from inception through lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years PM experience or 11+ years in related business roles.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Leadership: Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
• Strategic Delivery: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts to ensure flawless execution.
• Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate risks, issues, and resource constraints early, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
• Executive Communication: Provide clear performance reporting and facilitate executive decision-making with concise options and tradeoffs.
