Job summary
Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation Programs in the United States. You will lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives, including ERP implementations, modernization, and digital transformation, partnering with business leaders, vendors, and delivery teams to drive predictable outcomes.
The role requires deep IT project management experience, strong Agile delivery, and hands-on Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT programs with ERP and digital transformation.
- Strong Agile delivery and program management experience.
- Hands-on Azure DevOps experience and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs including ERP implementations and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, forecasts, and roadmaps.
- Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and stakeholders with transparent reporting.
- Use Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, and governance artifacts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Deliver executive status updates and governance materials.
- Ensure project alignment with enterprise transformation strategy.
- Oversee requirements, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
