Job summary

Concentrix Corporation in Portland, Oregon, seeks an experienced Senior IT Project Manager – Finance Transformation to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs modernizing financial processes, enterprise applications, and reporting platforms. You will drive delivery from planning through implementation, partnering with business, finance, technology, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT project management, solid Agile delivery, and hands-on Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives.
Mandatory experience with Agile methodologies.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.
Proven experience leading Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or related enterprise tech projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs aligned to business priorities, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls across complex initiatives.
Drive Agile practices across multiple teams with transparency and accountability.
Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, cutover readiness, production readiness, and post-implementation support.
