Concentrix CVG Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Finance Transformation to lead end-to-end programs in finance tech, ensuring alignment with business priorities, budgets, and timelines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive Agile delivery, and partner with stakeholders across finance and technology.

The role requires 8+ years of IT project management experience, Agile expertise, and hands-on Azure DevOps proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Mandatory experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/ADO for backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, reporting and governance.
• Proven leadership in Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or related enterprise tech projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, system integrations, and process modernization.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs aligning with priorities, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across complex initiatives.
• Drive Agile practices across multiple teams with transparency and accountability.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and governance.
• Coordinate with business, finance, technology, and vendors to resolve delivery challenges.
• Prepare governance updates, executive status reports, and steering committee materials.
• Support finance process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
