Job summary

FutureSoft Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale EHR implementation across multiple clinical locations, guiding the project from paper-based charting to electronic systems and transitioning to ongoing support.

You will coordinate cross-functional IT teams, clinicians, and vendors, develop plans, manage risks, and report to senior leadership. The role requires a PA residence, PMP certification, and onsite work in Harrisburg two days weekly.

Qualifications

• PMP certification held for at least five years.
• Seven to nine years of PM experience on complex IT initiatives.
• Experience implementing an EHR system for a paper-to-electronic transition.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, health informatics, and health IT.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania and be able to work onsite in Harrisburg two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the EHR implementation from planning to operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, clinicians, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Lead governance meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support organizational change management, user adoption, and training activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and receive stakeholder approval.
• Maintain project documentation and effective communication across teams.
