Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA to lead a DoW mission-support program with full authority over cost, schedule, and performance. The role requires a TS clearance (SCI eligibility preferred) and a track record in complex government contracts.

The PM will coordinate transition-in efforts, manage staff deployments, and ensure timely CDRL deliveries and government reports, while maintaining strict compliance with RS3 clauses and base contract

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing DoW research and development contracts.
Experience leading contract transitions and full staffing within compressed timelines.

Responsibilities

Serve as Contractor's primary point of contact with full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor.
Direct total management and coordination of the task order and ensure compliance with performance standards and base contract clauses.
Lead the 30-day transition-in, including ramp-up schedule and staffing within the 30-day objective fill timeline.
Manage subcontractor integration and oversight, surge response, and replacement of departed personnel within 30 days.
Ensure timely delivery of CDRLs, and reporting like Progress & Status Reports and expenditure reports.
Report actual vs. projected technical progress, cost, and schedule status to the Government.
