This position provides 80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.
The salary for this position is $110,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.
The Senior IT Project Manager will support DCSA IT projects through technical writing and documentation, first-tier customer support, process improvement and change management, requirements-document development, project and schedule tracking, program reviews and IPTs, IT management controls and performance measures, regulatory and compliance support, development of IT Operational Project Management Plans, AARs and RCAs, IT SOP development, and monitoring of project risks, compliance, budget, performance, quality, and efficiency.
