Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst in Frankfort, Kentucky to lead large-scale IT projects and drive business analysis across enterprise software initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a track record of managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes. PMP preferred; experience with Power Platform, Azure cloud projects, and digital transformation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale Information Technology projects.
• Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software development projects.
• Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow diagrams.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change management.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid software development projects.
• Experience facilitating business requirements sessions with executive leadership and business users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and business signoff.
• Assist with data migration planning, data validation, and business readiness activities.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and facilitate end-user training sessions.
• Coordinate change management and organizational readiness activities to support successful implementation.
• Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
