Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 professional to lead complex ERP initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and consultants to deliver robust D365 solutions across F&O, SCM, and CE, while guiding backlog prioritization and user stories.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, stakeholder management, and driving successful ERP upgrades, integrations, and releases, with strong collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work.
• Strong understanding of business processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, production support, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Work with solution architects, developers, QA, and consultants to deliver high-quality D365 solutions.
• Support D365 implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure functionality meets business requirements.

Job description

Primary Location: Houston, Texas

Education And Experience

• 8+ years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work.
• Strong understanding of business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, production support, and release management.

Knowledge And Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Engagement (CE), or related D365 applications.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, Business Analyst, or ERP Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations using Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, APIs, or middleware.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale or global Dynamics 365 implementations and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Customer Engagement (CE).
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Azure cloud services, Dataverse, Logic Apps, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent Agile certification.

• Support D365 implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered functionality meets business requirements.
