Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional IT initiatives. You will develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of project management experience, with strong presentation and communication skills and proficiency in common PM tools such as Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, project management, or a related field.
• Seven years of direct work experience in a project management capacity across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure activities remain aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Effectively facilitate project meetings involving large audiences and/or broad or complex topics.
• Liaise with project stakeholders at varying levels of the organization and provide regular status updates.
• Monitor project financials, track expenses, and recommend budget adjustments.
• Manage project resources, resolve conflicts and resource constraints, and maintain focus on the critical path.
• Coordinate contractors and third-party vendors to meet deliverables on time and within budget.
• Lead project closeout activities, including final deliverables, documentation, lessons learned, and transition to operational teams.
