Responsibilities

• Manage and drive projects with top-down oversight through execution.
• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and other methodologies.
• Define the scope with senior management and partners.
• Create documents: Project Charter, Business Case, Risk Assessments, Status Reports.
• Determine objectives and measures for project success.
• Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and lessons learned.
• Resolve impediments and keep teams on task.
• Build relationships with customers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployment planning and handoffs to operations.
