Engineering Excellence is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead IT projects of varying sizes, collaborating with technical resources and business partners from conception to closure in Cincinnati, Ohio.

You will drive schedules, budgets, and scope, build strong vendor and customer relationships, remove blockers, and maintain alignment with cross-functional teams while applying critical thinking to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in IT with tech/business teams.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with PMO standards and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through closure and hand-off to operations.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Create project documents: charter, business case, risk assessments.
• Identify and remove blockers; manage risks and issues.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and vendor/customer relationships.
