Job summary

4over is seeking a highly organized Project Manager for our Enterprise PM team in Columbus, OH. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning packaged software and custom development, ensuring projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methods, and travel up to 20%. Collaborative, deadline-driven professionals will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations (CRM, ERP, marketing automation, or eCommerce).
• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and occasionally work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business initiatives from project initiation through successful implementation by coordinating stakeholders, Business Analysts, Technology teams, vendors, and sponsors.
• Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into executable project plans.
• Ensure organizational readiness through communication, training, and change management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate readiness activities including requirements reviews, solution validation, UAT, and implementation planning.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.
• Break large initiatives into actionable tasks and maintain momentum.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders; provide status updates and executive-ready reports.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure requirements are defined, approved, and ready for development.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement of PM processes.
