  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
  • Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Support change management efforts, including training coordination and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful system integrations and solution deployments.
  • Mentor junior project coordinators and team members to build internal capacity and improve project delivery practices.

Job Summary

Position Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of healthcare technology initiatives. In this role, you will lead the coordination of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance with healthcare regulations, and timely delivery.
