Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale technology and construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional design reviews and act as the liaison between engineering, IT, vendors, and construction teams.

The role requires deep expertise in project planning, budgets, schedules, and risk management, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex IT infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with project planning, technical design reviews, and construction documentation workflows.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, project schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format construction documents.
• Hands-on Planview or other PPM tools (e.g., Clarity, HP PPM).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes preferred.

• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Administer PPM tools, including user access, permissions, project intake workflows, training, and governance.
• Track project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing large, complex IT infrastructure or technology projects.

Strong experience with project planning, technical design reviews, and construction documentation workflows.

Experience reviewing network diagrams, project schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.

Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format construction documents.

Hands-on experience with Planview or other PPM tools, such as Clarity or HP PPM.

Proven ability to manage project budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes is preferred.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
