Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise application initiatives and translate business requirements into technical plans. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and deep understanding of software development processes within complex environments.

Responsibilities include managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and success across HR, Legal, Finance, and Sales systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• 5+ years using Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Experience managing enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Proven stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
