Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking an Information Technology Project Leader to drive deployments of SAP S/4HANA, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and manufacturing systems across facilities.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute strategic technology initiatives in a matrix environment, partnering with Finance, Operations, Cybersecurity, and external vendors to ensure on-time go-lives and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Eng or related field.
• 10+ years leading technology projects in manufacturing/ops.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience required.
• Strong PM discipline: governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk, change.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and vendor coordination.
• IT/OT integration, manufacturing data, OT tech knowledge.
• Facility startups, capital projects, or greenfield exp. preferred.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology projects.
• Coordinate deployment of SAP S/4HANA, infrastructure, and MES systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple functions.
• Coordinate readiness for facility startups and capital projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Facilitate governance, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Coordinate SAP implementation activities from requirements to go-live.
• Implement manufacturing tech solutions: PLC, SCADA, MES, data systems.
• Ensure IT/OT cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance compliance.
• Train site-based staff and strengthen ongoing operational support.
• Ensure continuity, disaster recovery, and security in project delivery.
