Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels with high emotional intelligence.
• Analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project proposals to define scope, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies with sponsors and business partners.
• Define and manage deliverables, milestones, and resource plans with input from leaders and authorities.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across contributors.
• Develop and implement communication strategies and risk mitigation plans with sponsors and consultants.
• Monitor progress and keep projects aligned with business goals and executive expectations.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards for all partners.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management practices.
