Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager within the Business Recordkeeping Technology (BRT) organization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and business stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives, providing delivery leadership and cross-team coordination. You will be accountable for delivery coordination, governance, and reporting across medium to large-scale projects, ensuring transparent progress and timely

Competenze

5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large technology initiatives.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Mansioni

Lead delivery coordination for medium to large-scale technology projects across Technology teams.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Align delivery commitments with Product, Engineering, and Program Management leaders.
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments for predictable outcomes.
Drive transparent project reporting, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate release planning and readiness discussions across the SDLC.
Track delivery health using leading/lagging indicators and communicate key updates.
Document decisions and commitments across stakeholder groups.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices and cross-team execution.
Support progression through planning, development, testing, implementation, and release.
