Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital operations delivery. You will drive end-to-end execution across UI, API, cloud, and workflow platforms with cross-functional teams, ensuring secure, scalable solutions delivered on time and with measurable business impact.

The role requires 7–10+ years of IT project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and cloud/API experience to align with security standards and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years IT project/program delivery experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, QA, architecture, security and operations.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and exec-level reporting.
• Experience delivering cloud and API-driven programs with modern engineering practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex IT projects with global delivery teams.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to production rollout.
• Build integrated plans, track milestones and manage dependencies and blockers.
• Partner with architecture/engineering to align with target-state tech and security.
• Foster governance, status reporting and escalation management.
• Coordinate test strategy, release readiness, and production deployment with QA/ops.
• Improve delivery maturity by standardizing practices, dashboards and metrics.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
