Qualifications

7–10+ years of IT project/program delivery experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, QA, architecture, security, and operations.
Strong command of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and release planning.
Experience delivering cloud and API-driven programs with modern engineering practices.
Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with cross-functional teams.
Own end-to-end delivery from initiation to production rollout.
Build integrated plans and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers.
Ensure alignment with target-state technology and security standards.
Drive governance, status reporting, and escalation management.
Coordinate testing strategy, release readiness, and production deployment planning.
