Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the Green Meadows Program Management team in Merrimack, NH or Durham, NC. The role focuses on program planning, governance, and execution across multiple high-visibility projects, collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and PMO stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in financial services project management, strong communication, and experience with Web/cloud roadmaps, ITIL/Agile, and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management in the financial services industry.
• Facilitate work prioritization based on business and technology needs.
• Forecast, manage, and execute a project plan.
• Experience in Web/cloud project planning and roadmaps is a plus.
• Capable of partnering with and influencing individuals at all organizational levels.
• Experience in working on large, technical program portfolios.
• Must bring flawless execution and results in a role of organizational navigator and collaborator.
• Experience in Internal/External Cloud and Hybrid environments.
• Ability to understand the business criticality of various applications as they relate to complex business processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand a sophisticated global systems environment.
• Working knowledge of basic investment terms and practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and/or Agile Project Management.
• Financial systems knowledge.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and manage their time, able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Shown ability to improve support processes and customer experience.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and AHA! are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, support, and execution for Green Meadows projects.
• Forecast, plan, and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, PMO, and external groups to deliver outcomes.
• Promote agile leadership and drive process improvements across teams.
