Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Manager II to lead end-to-end IT project delivery from Chicago, IL, and other U.S. sites. You will define scope, timelines, resources, and methodologies, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.

Telecommuting may be permitted as needed, with travel up to 5% for project milestones. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of IT experience in relevant skill sets such as Salesforce, AWS, MuleSoft,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, Information Technology, or related field; plus two years of IT experience.
Alternatively: three years post-secondary plus three years IT experience; all experience may be concurrent.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects across cross-functional teams.
Define project scope, timelines, resource needs, and delivery methodologies.
Monitor progress to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate functional, technical, and integration teams for compliant execution.
Ensure system updates, testing, deployments, and post-go-live support are planned and executed.
Maintain project documentation including plans, design approvals, test strategies, and deployment plans.
