Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Chicago, IL to oversee and manage multiple IT projects across financial services and other domains. You will guide the full life cycle of customized business systems, from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, and implementation.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with substantial IT project/management experience, and familiarity with Jenkins, MuleSoft, and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business/IT or related field plus 3 years IT consulting or business analysis with 2 years of project/technical/functional management.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years progressive IT consulting or business analysis experience with 2 years of management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full application development life cycle from requirements to implementation.
• Establish project plans, schedules, and resource allocations; monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain client relationships and update senior management on status, risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership on risk analysis, budgeting and QA activities.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external software development teams; ensure standards and timelines are met.
